What kind of assets can be found in Debitum?

Debitum is specialized in business loans, invoice financing, and trade financing. Borrowing companies are categorized into the following categories:

MANUFACTURING: A company working in the manufacturing industry, for example, a factory or a producer of goods, often in large scale or capital intensive.
SERVICES: A company working in the services industry, for example, service providers, consultancy companies.
FORESTRY: A company working in the forestry industry, for example, a company that ensures logging, wood cutting, initial wood processing.
CONSTRUCTION: A company working in the construction industry, for example, a construction company, a company providing services to other construction companies.
GOVERNMENT: A government related company or organization controlled by a central or regional government, for example, municipality heating company or public energy company.
FINANCIAL: A company working in the finance industry, for example, lending company, financial advisory, accounting services.
LOGISTICS: A company working in the logistics industry, for example, a transportation company, a transportation brokerage company.

WHOLESALE: A company working in the wholesale market, for example, any wholesale company selling goods in large batches or a company being a representative of a manufacturer in a certain market.
DISTRIBUTION: A company working in distribution, for example, a company ensuring distribution of various goods in a local market, warehouses.
REAL ESTATE: A company working in the real estate industry, for example, a company trading real estate, a real estate brokers, real estate project developers.
